Join us to discuss The Gifts of Imperfection with other Brene Brown fans. This Book Club will be facilitated by 2 Certified Daring Way clinicians. Brene Brown's The Daring Way Weekend Intensive
Now enrolling for January 2019! The Daring Way(tm) group is an experiential class in which the skills to overcome shame and live authentically are learned and practiced. The goal is to develop self-worth and a courage-practice that rests on shame resilience. Participants are guided to understand what gets in the way of growing their self-worth and taught new practices that lead them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. Rising Strong 2019
While The Daring Way(tm) is about developing a courage practice grounded in self-worth, Rising Strong(tm) is about regaining our footing during fall-down moments. Rising Strong(tm) builds on the lessons of The Daring Way(tm) but also stands alone as a guide for competently dealing with emotions. In Rising Strong(tm) we examine the stories we make up during our falls and get curious about the emotions that arise (The Reckoning), explore the inaccuracies in our stories (The Rumble), and author a brave new ending in which we rise with even more courage and conviction to our values (The Revolution).
