This group is for family & friends of addicts wanting to learn more about how to really help. Guided by a therapist skilled in direct and solution-focused strategies, the group explores effective communication techniques, boundary-setting, and coping strategies to provide support without enabling harmful behaviors. With a sprinkle of humor to lighten the mood, participants learn to navigate their feelings of frustration and helplessness. Together, we can uncover practical tools and resources that empower us to foster resilience both in ourselves and in our loved ones.
