The Circle - LBGTQ Trauma Group (Sliding Scale)

This will be a six week closed group therapy experience designed to create a supportive, trauma-informed space for LGBTQ+ folks who have experienced trauma within the spaces of childhood. The intention of the group is to cultivate safety, emotional regulation, shed narratives of guilt/shame, to create space for connection, and empowerment within a community of individuals who share similar experiences. This group will meet via zoom every other week. Please Note: There is a current group in progress. A new group will be created once enough new members sign up to warrant creating a second group. (Sliding Scale/Insurance Is Accepted).

The Circle - Healing Racial Trauma (Sliding Scale)
Dear brothers and sisters, many of us carry experiences that are not always seen, named, or fully understood the weight of racial stress, identity-based harm, and navigating systems that can feel unsafe or dehumanizing. If this resonates, you are not alone. Together, we will explore the emotional and physiological impact of racism, microaggressions, and intergenerational experiences, while building tools for grounding, resilience, and reconnection to self. Rooted in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, your lived experience is not only acknowledged, it is honored, held, and supported in community. The projected start date is April 13th. (Sliding Scale / Insurance Accepted).
