The Circle: A Harm Reduction Group for Teens

Ever feel like you're walking in circles, trying to find a way out of your self harm? This group is for you if you are looking for a safe space that understands, aiming to allow conversation, guidance, encouragement and support around a deeply stigmatized and often 'shameful' coping response. This is a support group and not intended to take the place of individual therapy. Participants may be in any stage of SIB. This is a semi-closed, long term support group. Intake with facilitator required prior to start. Teens are invited to participate.
