This 9 week group is designed to reduce the stress of modern life. It involves systematic training of the mind to develop awareness of body, mind and environment. This awareness can allow you to access your inner wisdom and resources and open up options and choices even in the midst of a healing crisis. We draw on the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn PHD, Deepak Chopra, MD and the principles of buddhist psychology. The date and times changes, so please call for info on the next available group.
