Do you have difficulty with motivation to complete tasks? Do you often feel overwhelmed and don't know where to begin? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are in the right place and you no longer need to deal with these things alone.
When a teen's physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual space are experienced as chaotic and overwhelming, it can disrupt their ability to emotionally regulate and their sense of self-competency. Teens that struggle to open up in individual therapy often thrive more in a group therapeutic social setting. We offer a space for teens to transform their overwhelm into possibility and purpose by connecting, relating, and healing together. Our groups combine mindfulness, creative expression, movement, and peer support to enhance self-esteem, emotional awareness and stress reduction.
