A Depth Psychology Growth Group: Bridging Inner Life and Outer Life Adventures. This group requires a 12-week minimum commitment and is ongoing as long as it is valuable to you. The group enables you to develop more intimate relationship your psyche, soul, your personal psychology, and the transpersonal. Weaving together somatic embodiment, dreamwork, mindfulness, parts work, interpersonal process, and the words of story, poetry, archetypal psychology, and myth to illuminate conscious and unconscious patterns. In this group, there is nothing about you that needs to be fixed; but opportunity to reclaim parts of yourself to regain wholeness.

This is a well established men's process group that has been running for years. There is a 2nd Men's group running on Thursday nights. This group is for all men to grow and gain challenge and support through interpersonal process and experiential exercises. Men are able to bring challenges, fears, doubts, questions, and learn through direct experience and relationship with other men. All topics and goals are welcome. Common themes are loneliness, anger, depression, anxiety, personal identity, relationships, assertiveness, sex/sexuality, disconnect from emotions, work problems, fatherhood, confidence/self-esteem, accountability, honesty, spirituality, and finding meaning in life.
