Telephone group-Women getting Divorced

In this 6 week session, we will identify practical ways to help you get through this difficult time. Stress reduction techniques, ways to take care of yourself, and health/ wellness concerns in addition to the other concerns will be addressed.The group will look at loss in the context of divorce and identify strategies to help you become more resilient. The group will help you look forward so you can begin planning the life you want.
