An opportunity to confidentially share in your unique experiences and to be part of an on going support group Potential topics of discussion might include: How cultural Influences impact life circumstances ; Lifestyle issues and their impact on relationships Managing cultural norms which are at odds with your unique cultural experiences and understanding how your distinctive experiences affect your mood and emotions. Matters of racialized stress and trauma will also be a focus for this group work.
