Finding solutions is.This 1.5 hour telehealth group is a mutual aid group focused on skill sets including: healthy coping skills, stress, mindfulness, meditation, healthy communication, boundaries, goal setting,time management, improving relationships, letting go of anger, and how to find joy/laughter. Let this group help you with recovery management and enhancing your journey of recovery. NOTE: minimum group size 3 maximum 10. Call for availabiity

Nurse Recovery Group
Being on the front lines of caring for others is hard enough. Being a nurse in recovery is double duty. Not only responsible for the well being of others, nurses in recovery struggle with challenges of staying sober. You’re not alone. Nurse Recovery Groups are currently being held Friday 7-8pm and Saturdays 4-5pm via telehealth. Here you'll find support,encouragement, hope shared by other nurses in recovery. Group size limited to 12 maximum. Due to limited space pre-registration recommended. This group is approved by AZ Board of Nursing ATD CANDO I and II Monitoring program.
