Teens Rising Empowerment Programs™: Empowered
HS teens who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community: A semester long inclusive psychoeducational program. Dawn creates a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where teens build self worth, self-confidence, community, & connection, and learn skills to help them thrive. This program helps teens: begin to love themselves; explore gender identity and sexuality; learn how to set clear boundaries; decrease anxiety, stress, and social anxiety; begin to heal emotional issues; learn self-care practices; feel a sense of connection, belonging, and acceptance; gain a deeper understanding of themselves; and make a positive impact on community. www.teensrising.love
