Teens Managing Emotions and Relationships Group

This 12-week therapy group is for high-school girls who would like to learn skills to better manage difficult and intense emotions that can be overwhelming, communicate more effectively with others, and develop healthy relationships that enhance emotional well-being. Topics will include coping skills, problem-solving, mindfulness skills, emotional regulation strategies to deal with strong feelings, distinguishing between healthy & unhealthy relationships, effective communication methods to express needs and concerns to others, self-care and self-compassion techniques, as well as giving and receiving support from peers. The group is led by Dr. Natalia Vallejos, an experienced licensed psychologist.

This 14-week Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group is for adults (18+) who are feeling depressed and/or anxious. This confidential group will teach you how to recognize and modify your negative and anxiety-provoking thought patterns that affect your feelings and behaviors so you can make changes in your life and feel better. Group interaction will offer support, feedback, and an opportunity to practice new skills. Small group size ensures ample individualized attention. The group is led by Dr. Selena Snow, an experienced licensed psychologist. Individual intake session required prior to joining group.

Skills Building for Teen Guys Group
Dr. Brandon Goldstein, an experienced licensed psychologist leads this 10-week In-Person group therapy for high school guys. Participants will develop essential coping skills for managing depression, anxiety, and frustration while learning social effectiveness strategies to navigate interactions with confidence. The group emphasizes building motivation and overcoming procrastination and avoidance to achieve personal goals. Members will explore strategies to face fears. enhance resilience, and practice mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques.
