Greetings! My name is Jaleen Mendez, and I am a therapist with BTG Counseling & Educational Services. I’ll be facilitating Teen Talk Tuesdays, a 12-week support group designed for teenage girls in grades 9-10. This group provides a supportive space to help teens build coping skills, boost confidence, and connect with peers.
