Teen Support Group

Teen Support Group for ages 12-15 focused on anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, identity development, social skills, and family relationships. This weekly in-person therapy group combines guided discussions with interactive activities to help teens strengthen coping skills, improve self-confidence, and build meaningful peer connections. Group therapy provides a supportive environment where adolescents can practice healthy communication, process challenges, and learn they are not alone. Ideal for teens seeking additional support alongside individual therapy or as a step-down from PHP or IOP services. Held weekly in West Lake Hills, TX.
