Teen Support Group (Feb 12 – Mar 19, 26 - 5-6pm)

This 6-week Teen Support Group (2/12–3/19, Thursdays 5–6pm) offers teens a safe, inclusive space to connect with peers and build practical coping skills. Designed for teens navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or life transitions, the group provides structured peer support through guided discussions and interactive activities. Participants will develop emotional regulation, communication, and stress-management skills while sharing at their own pace. The group emphasizes respect, confidentiality, and mutual support, helping teens feel heard, understood, and less alone. Sessions are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals.
