Teen Social Skills Group (Virtual)

A supportive, neurodiversity-affirming group where teens can build genuine social connections in a safe space free from judgment or rejection. Focus: Better understand the emotions of their peers while learning to express their own feelings in a healthy, constructive way. Develop essential social and emotional skills, including managing conflicts, solving problems, and understanding and expressing emotions. Build tools to navigate challenging situations like conflicts, rejection, bullying, and disagreements with confidence.
