Teen Processing Group
We offer a teen process group that allows teens to come and process whatever they need to in group therapy. This is a good step-down from intensive outpatient therapy or for someone who needs a little more peer support. In a small setting, teens explore anxiety, stress, mood, friendships, family changes, school pressures, and identity—building coping skills, confidence, communication, and healthy boundaries. Sessions emphasize safety, respect, and confidentiality, so members can be honest and feel understood. Ideal for high-school teens seeking connection and practical tools alongside individual therapy. Weekly, 60-minute meetings; limited spots to keep the group personal.

Adult Process Group/ Adult Process Online
We offer an adult process group where participants can bring whatever they’re navigating and talk it through in group therapy. In a small, respectful, confidential setting, we explore anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, grief, work burnout, and life transitions—while practicing communication, boundaries, and practical coping skills. Ideal alongside individual therapy. We currently offer two options: an evening, in-person group and an online “lunch-time” group for mid-day convenience. Weekly 60-minute meetings. Limited spots.

Divorce Recovery
We offer a Divorce Recovery Group for adults navigating emotions of separation, divorce, and co-parenting. In a small, confidential setting, we make room for grief, anger, anxiety, guilt, and the uncertainty that can come with redefining family. Each week blends support with skills: nervous-system regulation, CBT-informed coping tools, boundary-setting, and communication scripts for hard conversations. We practice co-parenting strategies that protect children while caring for yourself. You’ll build a clearer path forward—whether you’re considering separation, in the thick of it, or years post-divorce. Weekly 60-minute meetings; limited spots to keep the group personal.
