Teen Processing Group

Help Teens navigate current challenges and boost their self-esteem. Does your teen appear to be disconnected, insecure, or stressed? Through connection to others, teens will learn to navigate the current challenges that are weighing them down. Challenges addressed may include depression, anxiety, negative self-esteem, poor emotion regulation, anger management, assertiveness skills, relationship issues, parent child conflict, etc. Teens learn how to improve their sense of self, strengthen interpersonal relationships, develop coping strategies for negative thoughts & emotions, cope more effectively with daily stressors, assertiveness skills, & increase positive peer interactions. Cost is $60 per month and a 12 week process.
