Teen Group

Navigating the teen years can be challenging—and isolating. This open, ongoing process group offers a safe, supportive space for teens to explore anxiety, depression, and stress through peer connection and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies. In this group, teens will: Learn to identify and express emotions in healthy ways Practice coping strategies for anxiety and depression Build empathy through shared experiences with peers Strengthen communication and connection skills Develop greater self-awareness and confidence This is more than just a support group—it’s a space where teens are seen, heard, and empowered to grow emotionally and socially, while building tools for everyday life.
