About
I work with children, teens and young adults struggling with a variety of issues. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use, self-esteem, family discord, academic issues, suicidal ideation, and more. Each person comes to counseling for their own unique reason and need. I aim to meet people where they're at and work through their problems every step of the way so that they become a better version of themselves.
I specialize in child & adolescent counseling, substance use issues and defiant behaviors. Often times children, adolescents and their families feel isolated when they're working through the issues noted above. I work to make sure that they know they're not alone in this process while providing a supportive environment to aid in the recovery process.
I work to see the whole person and who they truly are deep down behind the mask that they might be wearing. Taking off that mask can be the biggest struggle, but with the help of therapy those struggles can become less and less daunting as time goes on. I invite you to step into my therapeutic environment and take the first step towards recovery with me.

Stephanie Kaylor's Groups
Teen Girls Substance Use Group
This group is for adolescent girls (ages 14-18) who are struggling with mental health and substance use issues. The group aims to offer the space for girls to process their substance use and mental health issues while receiving feedback from others and the therapist. A variety of psycho-educational topics will also be discussed. Teens struggling with substance use issues often find themselves alone throughout the recovery process. With this group, they will have the chance to take control of their presenting problems while learning how to use healthy coping skills related to their mental health needs.
