Women's Empowerment Therapy Group
Our Women's Therapy Group is an empowerment group. We discuss topics and provide skills that address perfectionism, self-compassion, loving yourself, boundaries, communication, and coping skills for anxiety and depression. This group is for you if you are single, married, working mom, stay-at-home mom, a single mom, or an empty nester. We meet online and start at 8:30 pm ( that's right, put the kids to bed and join us).
