Teen Girl's Anxiety Group
Our Teen Girls Anxiety Group at Cook Counseling is a supportive, therapist-led space designed for adolescent girls navigating anxiety, stress, and social pressures. Participants learn practical coping skills such as emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healthy communication while also building confidence and self-esteem. The group provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where teens can connect with peers who understand what they’re going through, reducing feelings of isolation.
