Teen Girl's Anxiety Group
Our Teen Girls Anxiety Group at Cook Counseling and Consulting Inc. is a supportive, therapist-led space designed for adolescent girls navigating anxiety, stress, and social pressures. Participants learn practical coping skills, including emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healthy communication, while building confidence and self-esteem.
