Teen Girl Therapy Groups

Participants will learn ways to improve self-confidence, cultivate healthy friendships, communicate effectively and regulate their emotions. A variety of techniques are used including open process, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation.
