Teen Girl Therapy Group

This group is for teen girls dealing with stress, anxiety, friendships, family stuff, or just feeling overwhelmed. It’s a space to talk, connect, and feel supported by others going through similar things. Group meets weekly and focuses on building self-esteem, setting boundaries, managing emotions, & figuring out how to handle the pressures of being a teen right now. It’s not all serious—we bring in creative activities, real conversations, and some laughs, too. Whether your teen is struggling or just looking for a place to feel less alone, this group can help them feel heard and supported.
