Teen Girl Talk
A confidential therapy group for girls aged 13-17 who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, relationship building, & identity issues. (Most insurance accepted * Please note, clients are not required to be attending individual therapy at Nassau Psychology, PC in order to participate in group therapy at our practice. A one time intake evaluation is required prior to being admitted into group therapy to ensure we are a good fit for the client's needs and to meet the group leader).

Focus Forward
Focus Forward is a supportive skills group for adults ages 18-28 looking to improve focus, organization, and following through. In a welcoming, judgement-free space, members learn practical tools to reduce overwhelm and take small, meaningful steps forward.
