Teen Boys Group

This group supports teen boys (ages 13–17) who want to feel more confident in social situations. The group offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to build key social and emotional skills. Each week, boys will engage in guided conversations and activities focused on making and keeping friends, reading social cues, handling awkward moments, and improving communication. The group also teaches self-confidence and emotional regulation. This is ideal for teens who are shy, have trouble fitting in, or just want to feel more comfortable socially—whether or not they have a diagnosis.

Process Group for Athletes
This virtual group offers a supportive space for teen athletes in California to talk about the pressures they face—both in and out of sports. The group helps athletes build mental resilience by learning to manage stress, recognize emotional triggers, and develop a healthier mindset. Over 8 weeks, participants will gain tools to improve focus, handle performance anxiety, set realistic goals, and navigate the ups and downs of competitive sports. Group discussion also fosters connection with peers who understand the unique challenges of being a student-athlete. Open to all high school athletes across California. Space is limited.
