Teen Art Group - Creative Coping Skills Art Camp

For ages 11-15 year olds: This 4 session group is currently being offered in-person. Teens who join will learn skills for dealing with stress, anxiety, stress, social isolation, emotional management, and social skills. This resilience-focused group with incorporate art therapy, DBT, and CBT.
