Teen Anxiety Group
This is a 4-week process group for teens 14-18 who are experiencing anxiety or mood regulation issues. This group is designed to be both an educational tool providing grounding skills and management tools while also focusingon the social aspect of relationship building, support offering, and peer understanding. This is perfect for a teen who needs to feel understood, wants to learn how to feel in control, and connect with those who "get it".

Focus Forward: Adult ADHD Support and Skills Group
This 6-week ADHD Skills & Support Group provides an environment for individuals to gain practical skills, share strategies, and build a community, addressing key aspects of ADHD including time management, coping with distractions, effective communication, emotional regulation, and the development of a robust support network. All 6-weeks included for $400! This is a 6 week course beginning on Jan 12th, and will run on Monday nights from 6:00-7:30pm.

Pet Grief and Loss Group
Pet loss & anticipatory grief are often misunderstood or minimized. This 6-week support group is to honor the bond you share with your animal, whether you’ve lost a pet, are anticipating a loss or caring for a senior/medically complex pet. In this group, you’ll connect with others who truly understand, in a space where your grief is named, validated, and shared. This is a facilitated support group led by a therapist trained in grief and loss as you process complex emotions and honor your relationship with your pet.
