I will be starting a no-cost teen anxiety group on Saturday, November 2nd. The group will occur on Saturdays from 1:30 to 3:00 pm at Connection Therapy Center's Gig Harbor office. This will be a closed group including up to six teens aged 15-17, all genders welcome. There will be a total of seven sessions that will support participants in developing healthy skills and techniques for coping with anxiety.
