Teen Anxiety Group 4 week series

A safe space for teens to ages 12.5 to 15 to explore anxiety symptoms, build coping skills and connect with peers. Located in Vancouver WA. Activites may include: Clay sculpting your anxiety, creative colleges and mindfulness worksheets, building your own "coping with anxiety playlist" and breathing & grounding exercises. *next group January 2026 sign up early as spaces are limited.
