Do you struggle with negative body image and unhealthy eating patterns? This is a group for adults (18 & up) to process feelings and learn positive coping skills to deal with negative stereotypes and attitudes about self & body-image, guilt, shame and other feelings related to eating and weight, exercise, compensatory & eating-related behaviors.
