Inner Child Healing
If you experienced harm, neglect, disappointment, loss, or bullying in your childhood there is likely a part of you who feels small and fragile. Connecting with this part of our story is often called "Inner Child Work". In this group we use art, music, and play to get to know our younger self. As we reconnect with our inner child we gain perspective and freedom from the wounds we've carried into adulthood.

Healing from Religious Trauma
Unfortunately many have suffered harm under the umbrella of religion. These wounds can be deep and hard to talk about. This group holds space for all to begin to unpack some of the messages of harm they have received through religion. In this group we welcome you wherever you are on your spiritual journey without agenda. Group processing can be especially beneficial when dealing with spiritual abuse as it often feels isolating to work through these issues. I have received training in Religious Trauma and will pull from my training as well as my own experiences to create a safe place for you to process.
