Take a Breath: A Virtual Group for Grief and Loss
This group will be a space to engage with our grief while also participating in psychoeducation around grief and mourning processes and practices. The group aims to provide a safe, nurturing and accepting environment while navigating the pain of loss and the non-linear experience of grief, anticipatory grief, loss, and death.

Mending Mind & Body: A Virtual Trauma Group
This group will process and engage in psychoeducation around sexual trauma. The group utilizes somatic tools to identify the effect of trauma on the nervous system and find ways to regulate the body's trauma responses. The groups aim is to provide a safe, nurturing and accepting environment in which painful feelings and experiences can be shared and processed while utilizing tools around regulation and meaning-making. This is open to femme-identifying individuals who have experienced sexual violence.
