Sweetbay Talks.

Sweetbay Talks are monthly, 60-minute sessions that provide psycho-education, reflection, skill-building, and action planning on a variety of mental health and wellbeing topics. These sessions are drop-in style and are facilitated by licensed mental health therapists or certified coaches/subject matter experts. Participants are expected to embody our principles: Set intention(s) for yourself. Be present with others. Maintain confidentiality. Care for our space and the community we are growing.
