Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion
This group will provide a supportive and compassionate space for individuals who struggle with perfectionism, high self-expectations and self criticism. Group Members will explore their patterns of perfectionism, cultivate self-compassion and develop more authentic ways of relating to themselves and each other and learn practical skills for self-acceptance and serenity.
