Surviving Narcissistic Abuse Group (SNAG)

SNAG is an online group for survivors of narcissistic abuse ready to stop repeating toxic relationship patterns and start doing something different. This space supports people impacted by emotionally toxic dynamics with partners, family, or friends, where confusion, self-doubt, and boundary erosion are common. We focus on breaking patterns—not just understanding them—by rebuilding self-trust, strengthening boundaries, and developing practical tools to recognize manipulation, regulate emotional responses, and navigate relationships with greater clarity and stability. SNAG is for those done minimizing their experience and ready to stop questioning themselves while moving forward with awareness and self-trust.

SNAG: Parenting Through Narcissistic Abuse
An extension of the Surviving Narcissistic Abuse Group (SNAG), this online group is for parents navigating high-conflict co-parenting with a narcissistic or emotionally volatile ex. We focus on what actually matters in real life: protecting your child’s emotional wellbeing, parenting through ongoing exposure to toxic dynamics, and strengthening boundaries and communication that hold under pressure—not just in theory. This is a grounded, judgment-free space to connect with others who understand the reality of these dynamics while continuing your own healing and rebuilding self-trust as a parent.

SNAG: Women
This is an online, inclusive, professionally facilitated space for women (including trans women and nonbinary folks) healing from narcissistic abuse and high-conflict relational dynamics. This is for those unpacking emotionally abusive relationships, trauma bonding, and the confusion that comes with chronic invalidation and boundary violation. We focus on breaking patterns, not just talking about them. Through validation, psychoeducation, and practical tools, participants move from self-doubt and overwhelm toward clarity, stability, and self-trust. This is a grounded, confidential space for those ready to stop questioning themselves and start rebuilding from awareness and strength.
