Finding Your Feet and Thriving During the Pandemic
What times we suddenly have been thrust into! "Don't let things that are out of control control you." This online group will be limited to eight adults and meet once a week for 90 minutes. I will also offer an additional 30 minute drop-in time for anyone needing an additional check-in. Group will focus on amazing self-care and positive, group support to navigate the challenges and feelings you may be having. Please feel free to contact me with questions. An online individual meeting required first before joining to ensure this group is the right fit.
