I am starting a group for people struggling to move on after being left. If the pain will not go away, you are not alone. Many find themselves stuck in a loop of Obsessional Thoughts where Memories plague and intrude and Questions of why you were abandoned bombard incessantly. Most of us were not taught how to manage this trauma.
