Survive & Thrive Trauma Support Group
Trauma can leave us feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns we don't fully understand. Tea & Empathy Counseling is starting up our Survive & Thrive Support Group to provide a safe, supportive space to explore and learn, share reflections, and gain tools to help you navigate your experience and build resilience. The group will run for 10 weeks starting October 13th from 6-7:30pm. Cost is $35/session. Join us on Mondays as we journey through the art of healing.

Virtual Reality Connection Research Project
Tea & Empathy Counseling is offering virtual reality social skills training provided by the Suzee Leone grant through the VCA for children and teens aged 7-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is a free research program providing four session centered around social communication, emotional regulation, and daily life skills. Parent/Teen DBT Workshop
Give your family the gift of skills that will last a lifetime. Tea & Empathy Counseling is pleased to announce a Parent/Teen DBT workshop that will be held October 4-5 from 9am-4pm. You and your teen will learn DBT-based strategies to handle family conflict, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, communication tools, and real-life, actionable tools to use at home. All workshop materials and handouts will be provided. Sign up before September 30th to take advantage of the Early Bird discount of $300/person (Savings of $100!!).
