Support for Parents of Struggling Teens
Parenting a teen through emotional pain, shutdown, anxiety, depression, self-harm, or big behaviors can feel isolating and overwhelming. This parent support group offers education, practical tools, and connection with other parents navigating similar challenges. Together, we will explore how to respond with more steadiness, support your teen’s emotional needs, and care for your own nervous system in the process. This group runs in 4-week cohorts, with new start dates added as interest allows. Facilitated by two therapists, this group combines clinical insight with honest conversation in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.

Money Talks: Couples & Finances
Money is rarely just about numbers. It often reflects our values, fears, family patterns, hopes, and ideas about security. This six-session couples group helps partners slow down the money conversations that too often end in conflict or avoidance. Together, we'll explore each partner's money story, identify recurring patterns, clarify shared values, and practice healthier conversations around spending, saving, debt, goals, and financial decisions. The goal is to help couples move from blame or gridlock toward greater understanding, practical agreements, and a stronger sense of partnership.
