Support for Parents of Neurodivergent Children

This group is for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children to connect, share, and feel supported. Facilitated by a licensed therapist who is also the parent of a young autistic child, the group is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and professional guidance. This is a space to process the emotional realities of parenting a neurodivergent child. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated, grieving, or simply in need of connection with others who understand, this group invites you to show up as you are. Through open dialogue, reflective practices, and mutual support, we’ll hold space for the challenges and joys of this unique parenting journey.
