Support for Parents of Children with Autism

Heartwood Counseling and Wellness: Connect virtually with other parents in Texas who understand the unique joys and challenges of raising an autistic child. In this bi-weekly group, you’ll have space to share experiences, explore emotional and practical concerns, and receive guidance through facilitated discussions. Sessions will include a blend of open process time, peer support, and targeted psychoeducation on topics such as communication, regulation, advocacy, navigating school and services, and supporting your child’s strengths. Together, we’ll build community, reduce isolation, and help you feel more confident and supported in your parenting journey.
