Support for Family Members of PTSD/Trauma

This is a safe and therapeutic environment for family members or friends of individuals who are dealing with trauma and explore ways to implement healthy coping and support skills. PTSD symptoms can cause problems with family relationships, professional and personal life. Going through this constant battle can be very troublesome and frustrating, but there are ways to build and move beyond.
