Online Support for Chronic Pain

For anyone living with chronic pain no matter what the cause. NOW on ZOOM THURSDAY 6-7pm Pacific time. Includes: check in, educational information and resources, guided relaxation and/or movement, breath awareness and personal sharing. Join us and break the isolation, be supported by others who understand living with chronic pain Learn about the physiologic responses to pain, emotion and stress Experience techniques to increase relaxation and decrease pain. cost $10-20(sliding scale) per meeting. If you can't make these groups but are looking for some help consider doing individual sessions with me.
