Caring for someone can take a mental toll on you. Here you can connect with other's helping care for their loved ones. This is a space to share stories and share what helps get you through the tough days. Learn skills to help ease the anxiety that comes taking care of others. Sessions will be telehealth. Life after Divorce
Divorce can be a life altering change. Here you get to meet with other people whose lives have been altered by getting a divorce. This group is designed to help learn coping strategies when life feels like it no longer has meaning. You will find support in other's as you learn to navigate your new life. Sessions will be via telehealth. It is an open group so you may attend 1 or 30. They are $20. Please call or email me for more details and to sign up.

This is a space where people can experience solidarity in their grief process. This is an open group that meets weekly. Everyone will have a chance to be heard and share their experiences and how their grieving process has been so far. People can come together and see they are not alone. This is a virtual group.
