I am conducting support, educational and psychotherapy groups. The support groups(theme oriented) will meet two times weekly for 90 minutes. Educational groups by topic are single session 90 minutes. Psychotherapy groups are on going groups for 90 minutes. All groups are limited to 10 members. Please contact me for additional information.

Stress Management Skills Development Group
This is a small format group of 10 members or less. Emphasis is on learning effective stress management skills from basic to advanced. The group will meet weekly, 90 minutes each session. Six sequential sessions with each group session having the same members. This is not a psychotherapy group.
