Supervision group for LGSWs and LGPCs (Virtual)
This group uses reflective supervision to guide you through professional and clinical challenges to help you become the therapist you want to be. Co-led with Cathy Eisenhower, LPC, pre-licensed professionals in VA, DC and MD can earn hours toward licensure while learning more about psychodynamic principles, anti-oppressive frameworks, and case formulation. Together, Cathy and Raquel have expertise in working with individuals, couples, families, children and groups.

Online Women's Group
Join a group of women who have been working hard on deeper authenticity with themselves and each other. Members have experienced greater self-confidence, increased effectiveness in other relationships, lessened social anxiety, and an increased sense of well-being.
Online Mixed Gender Therapy Group
This is a group people who want to have happier more fulfilling relationships. Members use the group process to better understand the impact they have on others and to grow emotionally by becoming more aware of the full range of their own feelings and inner experiences and to help themselves move forward from places where they feel stuck.
