Supervision & Consultation Group
This Supervision & consultation group is designed for LMSW and LCSW therapists who seek personal and professional development through reflective clinical supervision. The group centers on the belief that doing deep work on oneself and within relationships enhances a therapist’s emotional capacity with clients, with emphasis on transference, countertransference, and use of self in practice. I utilize an apprenticeship-style model rooted in my own clinical journey, supporting supervisees in case conceptualization, ethical thinking, and private practice skill building.

This Dating Group is an intentional, coach-led space designed to make modern dating feel joyful, empowering, and confidence-building. Participants workshop everything from dating profiles and connection-building questions to handling emotions and staying true to themselves. The group supports members in identifying what they want, practicing self-confidence, and rewriting limiting stories about their dating past. With weekly sessions, bi-weekly office hours, and a private online community, members gain tools, encouragement, and connection while learning to enjoy dating and grow in self-love. This inclusive group helps you shift limiting beliefs and confidently pursue meaningful relationships.
