Summit Series: Climate Anxiety
A nature-based therapy group for processing ecological grief and uncertainty. The climate crisis is real and so is your emotional response. This 5-week therapy group offers a supportive space to move, reflect, and connect with others navigating climate-related anxiety, grief, and overwhelm. Each 90-minute session blends mindful walking in nature with conversation focused on grounding, community, and resilience.
